Once guests try our signature services, they want to come back, but sometimes, they worry about the cost and convenience of booking multiple sessions. We hear these concerns and have responded. At Local Luxury Medspa, our goal is to help you achieve your definition of REMARKABLE. Offering our lifestyle memberships is one way in which we achieve this. As a Local Luxury Medspa Member, you will receive exclusive perks:
- Exclusive pricing on all treatments and packages (some exclusions apply)
- 20% off all retail products upon signing up, 10% off for as long as you’re a member
- Priority booking with our Signature Capsule
- Unused credits rollover each month
- Gift one service to a friend or family member one time during a 6 month period
- Family add ons available – $10 off monthly rate for any member of your household
- $49 service gift card on your birthday
Essential Membership
$79 per month!
Receive 1 signature treatment each month during your membership. You can choose from a Signature Facial or Signature Massage.
Appreciation Benefits
We support our Military, Veterans, education professionals and students. Receive $10 off your monthly membership dues on any of our memberships.
Membership Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Policy: At Local Luxury Medspa we ask that each Member submit a thirty day written notice to the spa director or front desk employee. Credits can be gifted or used as gift certificate.
- All service credits acquired during your membership will continue to be held on your account. Credits will expire! after 6 months from cancellation date.
- All appointment cancellations will require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you do not call to cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment, or you have a “no show” your credit card on file will be charged a fee of $50.
- Freeze Policy: the freeze policy is good for 5 months after that the membership becomes active again. Credits cannot be used during the freeze. If member wants a service, they will pay non-member prices.
- Refund Policy: Products can be exchanged for a new product(s) or spa credit only. No money will be refunded on services, memberships without a cancellation notice or gift cards as the refund will be issued as spa credit. Local Luxury Medspa, does not issue refunds to clients on services, Groupons, Yelp promotions, Spa Week, Gift Certificates, Living Social, Deal Chicken, Laser Packages, Lifestyle Memberships paid in advance, or on services/gratuity that one has had within one of our Local Luxury Medspa locations.
